HRD Corp is the national catalyst of Malaysia’s talent development. HRD Corp is empowered by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 and is governed by the Ministry of Human Resources. It aims to accelerate the progress of Malaysian labour to establish a developed, high-income economy strengthened by the country’s citizens. HRD Corp works to achieve its mission through its network of employers and by funding training and development programmes.
